ServiceNow Developer

Role Summary

INFI IT LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support the development, customization, and maintenance of applications within the ServiceNow platform. This role involves configuring workflows, developing scripts, and enhancing ServiceNow modules to improve IT service management processes.

Core Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, and client scripts within the ServiceNow platform.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of ITSM processes and service catalog items.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST or SOAP APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and support system enhancements.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and system upgrades.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and system changes.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Basic experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• Knowledge of JavaScript for ServiceNow scripting.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM modules and workflow configuration.
• Understanding of REST or SOAP web service integrations.
• Experience using version control and development best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
